in your contact details. You'll receive your free and fully insured gold pack in the post - open your pack, complete the form and add your gold item(s) (up to the value of £750) and seal. Post the pack back to us by taking
it to your local Post Office - they will provide tracking details for you. As soon as your pack arrives we'll test your gold and value it. We'll contact you on the details you provided with our valuation and price. If once we've
tested your items we find that they're not genuine gold, or you're not happy with the price that we've quoted you, we'll post the items back to you free of charge. If you're happy with the price that we've quoted you, we'll process
your order and pay GBP into your bank account within 3-5 working days. Simple!

Providing we receive your packet within 10 days, if the price of gold goes up from the point you place your order to when we receive it we give you the improved price and if the price goes down we will honour the price on the day you
place your order. So, whatever happens to the price of gold you will receive the best price.
If you would prefer to sell your gold in one of our branches for instant cash, you can find a list of the NM Money and Eurochange 'Gold Branches' here. Simply visit the branch with your gold item(s), and team will test and value
your gold and give you a price. If you are happy with the price we'll process your order and pay you cash straight away, or if you'd prefer we can pay GBP into your bank account within 3-5 working days. Simple!
If you order it online it should be at the branch at the time specified. If you go into branch and the items are not in stock provided you pay for the items they will be there the next day if your order before 4pm.
If you place a Collect in branch order you will have the option to choose when to collect, normally the next day if the order is before 4pm. If you place a Home Delivery order then this is next working day delivery, delivered by 1pm
the next working day (as long as you order by 4pm the day before).
If ordering online you can pay by either Debit Card or by Bank Transfer. If you would prefer to pay by cash then you will need to order in branch however you may need to come back again to collect your order.
No - payment must be made by the person which is orderin. If you are placing a Collect in branch order, when the order is collected in branch the name on the order must match the name on the card and I.D. provided.
Your order will be delivered fully insured by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 4pm should be delivered by 1pm on the next working. You can place an order for Saturday but there is a £3 charge for this service.
Please ensure that someone is in and able to sign for receipt of your currency on your anticipated delivery date. If you are not in it will be taken back to the local Delivery Centre for you to collect. While we use the Royal Mail
Special Delivery service which Guarantees delivery by 1pm on the day selected, on rare occasions there may be a delay which is out of our control.
Unfortunately not, a valid email address is required in order to transact online with us so that we can send you an email confirmation for your order. This needs to be taken into branch for the collection of Collect in branch orders.

The person that ordered must collect the order, this is so that our staff in branch can ensure that the correct person is collecting their order. Please bring with you valid ID (Passport, Driving Licence - UK or EU photo card, or National
ID card), the payment card used and your order confirmation. The name on the order must match the name on the card and I.D. provided and you may be required to verify your pin (please note this does not take any additional money
from your card).
